(After reading one of the comments, I realized I should have written here that I saw a picture somewhere where a person had used the top hat and puff ball idea. I couldn't tell you who did it. I created a more colorful and more embellished version of the idea.)

Digital Whisper Blog Challenge - Watercolor

The background on this is a real watercolor I just painted. I've been so ridiculously frozen with creating physical art that I decided to hand-make an Artist Journal. I thought that would give me the push I needed. Evidently it worked! I then scanned the two pages, and digitally added my Billizetti character. The red balloon is in honor of my friend Marguerite.
