Pink Saturday June 22, 2013

It's been a while since I've participated in Beverly's Pink Saturday, but when I saw this rose in bloom by our backyard deck, I thought it would be perfect to share. It's an English Rose named Evelyn by David Austen. I took the photo with my iPhone, and then added a couple of elements with Photoshop CS 2.

If you would like to see the posts of the other people participating in this week's Pink Saturday, just click on the picture below. It will take you to How Sweet The Sound, the blog of our hostess Beverly.

By the way, I hope you can stop by again on July 13 th. I'm participating in the Mad Tea Party blog hop. It's always a fun time!

Happy Pink Saturday Bill and thanks so much for your visit. David Austen roses are the best and your pink ones are so beautiful. My roses have done well this year. I don't have a green thumb so it must be the weather. :) Have a wonderful weekend.

Happy Pink Saturday Bill ! and thank you for visiting my blog and for your kind comments.
i like very much your digital art. I am always interested in new way to express our creativity. I never tried digital art but I dare say there are a lot of possibilities with this new "medium".

Happy Pink Saturday, Bill. I am so glad you joined us.

That is a gorgeous rose. I only have hybrid teas, but I am always drawn to David Austin roses. They have so much depth and are so lush.

Oh my, she's breathtaking.

Pleasure to meet you, Bill, so glad you stopped by the table. In response to your question, of course men are welcome aboard our Venice-Paris journey, and your wife is a smart girl for wanting you to take her along too. Italy has been a life long dream of mine, but I tell my husband we can't go unless we can live there for at least two years. :) Honestly, I don't think I could ever leave.
Happy pinks!!
