Gift from the Fairy Yellow Bug Queen

A fellow blogger and artist, Norma Conway, sent me a wonderful little painting she did on tea bags. I couldn't figure out how to display it, so I put it on an 11 x 14 canvas, and painted around it. It probably looks a little bizarre, because I like abstract art. To me it sort of has an American Indian look to it. Since I don't have a digital camera, I had to take a photo of the finished piece using my computer camera. It does not do the painting justice at all. Maybe once I get my iPad, which will have a much better camera in it, I'll be able to take better photos of my work. Anyway, thank you, Norma, for the fantastic gift.

So dreamy colours one might like to drown in that world ... I suppose not only American teabags are larger than European ones; so it's probably not a miniature.

I love the way that turquoise looks with red and yellow. Love what you did with this! Looks like you had fun making it too!
