Oooh...beautiful Bill! And you finished winning me over when I caught a peek at the black and white checkerboard!!! BTW, any more plans for that class you were talking about?? At some point, I plan to run a blog post about some very French desserts to make that are much easier than they look, a bit of a deconstruction and de-mystification, if you will!
