I created this way back in 2007. I saw it today on a backup drive, and decided to post it for this challenge. I've always liked this collage. The little guy in the middle was me many, many years ago. How time "flies!"

Digital Whisper is open again!

The Digital Whisper Ning site was closed for a while, but it is now re-opened. It was always my favorite site for seeing creative digital art. There is a challenge this week for the Grand Opening - The Journey of the Butterfly. This is what I created for it:

Steampunk Class Week 2

I was having trouble trying to photograph this butterfly. I'm still trying to get use to the camera on my iPhone. I finally put it in some sun and stood it on its side. (It's a cigar box.) The wings stand up a bit when you are looking at it in real life. Creating it was an adventure! Big difference from creating digital pictures.

  I tried taking another picture, and this may be better. :O)

Midnight Butterfly

A former coworker keeps sending me emails of weird pictures he finds on the net. The latest is the one below.

The scary part is, it pretty much looks like him. Wait a minute! Maybe it is him, and that's why he sent it. Hmm. Anyway, I decided to play around with it, and this is what I ended up with.

 

I think I need to stop watching all those "Dr. Who" reruns!
