Three Muses Challenge - Autumn

Even though I love autumn, I always hate to see it arrive. It means winter is close behind. I hate winter! Oh well. It's a good excuse to eat more to have some extra layers for protection against the cold.

This is a lovely little grouping that says so much. I like your theory about eating too.

I probably shouldn't tell you that we woke up to 32 degrees this morning and the birdbath water was an ice rink. Nah, I won't ruin your day.

Well, we can shake hands Bill !!
Hate the darker days too.
But let's first enjoy the autumn colours and all the spiders who are entering our houses right now :-))

I tried living where things stayed green all year, Bill, and after a couple of years I SO longed for the change of seasons. Winter, after the first snow, IS a drag, but oh how sweet it makes the Spring! I love your art!

Ooooooh, Just a perfect choice! And I love your png works Bill!
I hate winter too, so I can understand you! Anyway, as I say to myself: put a jumper & enjoy the beauty of nature; there is a time for that somewhere... Where you live.

Love the look and feel of this little piece of art.
I like the eaten apple core and mouse.

Why can't we simply hibernate like our furry friends? ;-)

This is exquisite, Bill. The cold you are not looking forward to is what makes your autumn I guess. I live in a place where winters are mild and autumns are hot and the native trees stay green all year round.

Your minimalist autumnal piece is sweet and has a fairy tale quality.
