Art Therapy

When I post weird stuff like this, I'm not really looking for any advice or answers. I just hope if some younger person sees it, meaning young as in a young parent, they'll realize how what they do to their children can haunt them the rest of their lives.

I have to contradict you. You are a good writer.

This is wonderful dear Bill. It tells a very sad tale.
The other day I'm afraid I upset my granddaughter in law. Ashton was being naughty and she kept calling him 'stupid'.
I spoke up and said 'Don't call him stupid. He's not stupid. He's just being a naughty boy.'
She went away and cried. I didn't want to upset her but I hope she'll remember what I said.
(I think I've told you this before. Excuse my senior moments which are increasing daily!)
Hugs xx

You are a published writer and accomplished artist! So atleast you did what you wanted as far as those two items on the list are concerned. Now if I could only convince you to dance! I guess this borders on advice, sorry. But you are still so full of life and creativity! Despite your walls and stories, I believe you can do anything you want to do!
You can dance if you want to!

It needed to be said! I only wish it was available to those who need it.

Fortunately, my mother taught me to be independent and encouraged me in all that I tried to do. I ended up very competitive and I find even with digital art I am competing with my self to learn and do more.

I am saddened when I read about children mistreated or neglected. It is a sad world.

A wonderful message indeed in this piece. And I agree with those above. You are a wonderful writer and a very talented artist. Hmm... dancer? We shall see! And you are definitely not an old man. :)
